“I met Lance from “Eli” at the Home Show. He was with his beautiful family, (seriously…his wife, his teenage daughters, his two year old son, all hanging out together at the home show!!) just handing out information, and explaining what makes his water system different from EVERYONE else’s. Besides how personable Lance was, his prices were kinda hard to believe (trust me: BELIEVE HIM!! He does what he says, for exactly the price he quotes you). We have had this water system for four months now. I always wait to do reviews, because I want to KNOW that the review I give is accurate, and the product deserves the review I give! My experience with ELI has been fantastic. The system is TRULY FANTASTIC. The water tastes great, no more dry skin from the showers, and it’s been positively effortless! NO SALT TO DRAG AROUND, just a well working, CLEAN no effort water system, that does EXACTLY what Lance promises you it will do. He’s a good man, with a beautiful family, who cares about his customers, and their experiences!! What a concept-true Customer Service, from a guy whose name is, quite literally, on the product.
